HOW LONG AFTER I OPEN THE ICE CREAM STILL GOOD TO EAT?

This all depends on the temperature and consistency of your freezer. The lower and more steady the temperature, the longer ice cream will keep its texture and not get icy. We recommend to always keep frozen at below -18°C. For the best quality, cover the uneaten portion with plastic wrap to keep air and condensation away and consume any opened ice cream within a week.

HOW DO I SOFTEN THE ICE CREAM WHEN IT’S TOO FROZEN?

The best thing to do, if you want to maximize the flavor of your ice cream, is to let the ice cream soften a bit or temper. Ice cream’s flavor is actually suppressed the colder the product is. As it warms up – just a bit – the flavor of the ice cream will notably increase, resulting in maximum enjoyment for you and your guests (that is, if you’re kind enough to share). We recommend you let your ice cream sit out on the counter if only for a few minutes. Your taste buds will love you. And hey, we know it’s tough, but please don’t microwave your ice cream. It hurts our feelings.

WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF HADJI’S ICE CREAM?

Officially, we list the recommended shelf life of our ice creams at (12) twelve months from the date of manufacture that appears on the underside of all Hadji’s ice cream. The density of hadji’s ice creams – they contain little to no air, unlike other brands – actually allows for a longer, effective shelf life.

WHAT INGREDIENTS ARE IN YOUR ICE CREAMS?

We dont mix cornflour and eggs in the making our ice cream. We also did not use any kind of peanuts and tree nuts, so our ice cream should be not problem with allergen and its also gluten-free. A few of our flavors may contain artificial colors and flavors in the inclusions. Kindly check with the ingredients list of each flavour.

DOES HADJI'S ICE CREAM IS "HALAL"?

Yes, absolutely. our ice cream’s have been certified Halal by Department of Islamic Development Malaysia (JAKIM) and everybody knows how hard to get one. For the purpose of halal certification, JAKIM has to ascertain the halal status of the product at every stage and at every process involved by carrying out an official site inspection on the plants purposely to examine on how the halal status of the raw material is maintained and monitored at all times. Its shown how serious we are with our ice cream – our business, we always want the best for our customer.

IS HADJI'S ICE CREAM REALLY HEALTHIER THAN OTHER ICE CREAMS?

Because there are no eggs in our ice cream, Hadji’s flavors typically have approximately 25-50% less fat and calories than other specialty ice creams in the freezer aisle.
